Controller and privacy contact

Boubacar Dembele

support@webusertool.com

For support, privacy or rights requests, email support@webusertool.com. Describe the issue without source files, JSON text or private results. We use your address and message to reply and resolve the request, based on our legitimate interests in supporting the service and, for applicable rights duties, legal obligations. We retain correspondence while resolving it and any related complaint or legal duty, then remove it from the active mailbox; providers may retain copies under their policies. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable. We may ask for proportionate identity evidence only where needed. You can complain to the Information Commissioner at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. No special wording or account is needed to make a request.

Private work

Selected files, text, source filenames and results stay in the browser workspace; there is no conversion-server upload path. Private work must not enter page addresses, titles, referrers, logs, analytics or advertising messages. Application cleanup is not a physical memory-erasure guarantee.

Hosting provider

Cloudflare, Inc. provides Cloudflare Pages hosting and Pages Functions for WebUT's request routing.

Request handling

Cloudflare delivers these pages and processes connection/request information, including IP addresses and routing details. Its privacy policy distinguishes its own controller purposes from customer logs and transiting content it processes on customers' behalf. Private tool files, text and results are not uploaded for conversion. Contact email is separate: Cloudflare forwards your message to our designated mailbox provider. Cloudflare operates internationally, including in the UK, EEA and US. Its published transfer terms describe standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum for relevant restricted transfers. Safeguards and further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/ and https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

Logging and retention

WebUT's serving code does not log requests. Pages Functions live logs are documented as nonpersistent; Cloudflare may retain other operational/security/sampled traffic records under its service-specific purposes and legal obligations. No single deletion time covers all hosting records. The tools do not send selected files, text or results for logging. For support mail, Cloudflare records sender/recipient, subject, message identifiers, times and delivery/security results. Its Email Service analytics specifies 31 days of routing metadata retention/queryability; this is not a universal mail-content or mailbox deletion period. The mailbox provider stores correspondence. We retain messages while resolving the enquiry and related complaints or legal duties, then remove them from the active mailbox.

Cookies and storage

Advertising, Pages Web Analytics and WebUT-zone Real User Monitoring are disabled. This version sets no application advertising or analytics cookies and does not save optional preferences. Cloudflare security features may use necessary cookies when applied; their names and duration depend on the feature. We do not promise that every response is cookie-free. Downloads you choose to save remain under your browser and device's control. See https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/policies-compliances/cloudflare-cookies/.

Right to object

You can object to the use of your personal information for hosting and support purposes based on legitimate interests. Contact support@webusertool.com and explain your situation. We will assess your objection and explain the outcome under the applicable rules.

Advertising

Advertising is disabled. This build loads no advertising, analytics or consent-provider code. Browser extensions, operating-system behavior and explicitly downloaded files remain outside the application cleanup guarantee.
